In order to compete in the future you have got, let me repeat, you have to create a service sales culture so you can compete in this highly competitive marketplace. If you do not install a service sales culture, your credit union you might be missing one of the most important ingredients that helped credit unions grow in my study of the top 100 credit unions in growth in the upper Midwest. A service selling culture is essential to your success. I can not encourage you enough to continue the process of increasing your efforts in creating a service selling culture.
