Welcome! I am a business consultant and seminar leader specializing in programs on communication skills, management, sales culture, and a score of other topics.

After serving as president of two credit unions and earning my CCUE, I began using my communication skills and knowledge to empower others to succeed. I am the the president and founder of Rowland Consulting in Independence , MO, dedicated primarily to helping organizations and leaders to reach their full potential. I am a frequent speaker for state and national associations.

I hold an MBA in finance from the University of Missouri at Kansas City , and a B.S. degree in Economics from C.M.S.U.
