Rick Olson

Hello! My name is Rick Olson and I am honored to be a part of this MCUL community. I have had the privelege of speaking to credit unions, government organizations, small and large businesses and varied associations throughout the beautiful state of Michigan and across the country. I have spoken to over 1,000,000 people worldwide, addressing crowds as large as 40,000 as well as conducting staff training for small companies.

I founded Rick Olson Seminars in 1992 for the express purpose of elevating organizations through people development. I have spoken in all 50 states, presenting convention keynotes, training staff and management personnel, and consulting companies through times of change.

I have written training manuals on sales and customer service, motivational articles available for company newsletters, and my first book entitled, Unleash Your Greatness - Become a Person of Impact. I have recently released a brand new audio series - Drive Time U. It contains 50 high-impact lessons on how to enhance your coaching effectiveness on 5 CDs.

Prior to my business speaking, I spent the decade of the 80's doing youth leadership development across the nation.

My wife Lori and I live in the northwest WI town of Dallas. I have three adult children.
